The school counsellor recommended that I enrol in it because the K-Youth Development Programme 2025 is a six-month TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) programme,

"After completing TVET studies (through the K-Youth Development Programme 2025), I see the 'work while learning' program at ViTrox Academy as a chance to advance to the Malaysian Skills Certificate program (SKM Level 2 and Level 3)."

"(K-Youth Development Programme 2025) is free, SPM results are not a qualifying requirement to participate in the interview session at ViTrox Academy, instead it is sufficient to have an interest in the 'work-study' mode in the semiconductor industry."

MUHAMMAR IZHAM RAMADAN ILZAN, 17, a former student at Teluk Kumbar National Secondary School, stated that the rewards for taking part in ViTrox Academy's K-Youth Development Programme 2025 were highly alluring and did not put a financial strain on his family.

One day, he hopes to become a certified technician or engineer. "Every month, I am offered an incentive (allowance) of as much as RM1,700 for participating in the 'work while studying' program here and most importantly, it is not a burden on my family because it is all free," he said.

Ervin Hang, 20, shared that after completing his studies at Taman Perwira Secondary School (SM), he is eager to pursue six months of training under the K-Youth Development Programme 2025.

"I truly hope to enhance my academic performance and skill set through this programme — not just to earn a certificate, but also to eventually pursue a diploma or even a degree," he said.

"Becoming a certified engineer, or even a technician, is no easy feat. I hope the K-Youth Development Programme 2025 will pave the way for me to 'learn while working' in the semiconductor industry," he commented.

M. Narvin, 17, a recent graduate of SM Kebangsaan Jalan Damai, Bukit Mertajam, described the K-Youth Development Programme 2025 as unique for its promising career opportunities within the state's growing semiconductor industry.

"These days, even university graduates struggle with job mismatches. So, for those of us with only an SPM qualification, our chances are even slimmer compared to degree holders," he said.

"What makes the K-Youth Development Programme 2025 stand out is its collaboration with some of the state's leading industry players."

"Through the 'work-study' model at ViTrox Academy, we'll gain hands-on experience and industry-relevant skills that are in high demand at major semiconductor companies across the state," he added.
